Flatlog

Delete your Flatlog account

Flatlog is an apartment maintenance logbook by Sai Janardhan Rao Yachamaneni. You can delete your account at any time, in either of these ways.

In the app

  1. Open Flatlog and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Read what will be deleted, and confirm.

If you are the only committee member of a building, the app will ask you to add another committee member first, so the building is not left without anyone who can record entries.

Without the app

Send an email to flatlog.app@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Flatlog account", and include:

We will confirm the request with you on that mobile number, so that nobody else can delete your account, and delete it within 7 days. We will email you when it is done.

What is deleted

What stays with the building

A building's maintenance records are its account book, and they belong to the flat, not to one person. These stay after you delete your account:

They keep the name that was shown at the time (for example "Acknowledged by Lakshmi, flat 302") but are no longer linked to any account or mobile number. Crash reports are deleted automatically by our provider within 90 days.
